Tipi Homes London is the build-to-rent brand of Quintain Ltd, the property developers behind the regeneration of Wembley Park.
Working with the marketing team at Tipi, Brocklebank was tasked with the design and production of print and digital assets required for the marketing and promotion of the new building, Alto, as well as the creation of other surrounding brand collateral and advertising on a day-to-day basis.
With the focus of the brand on it’s premium service rentals, and being in an up-and-coming area of the capital, the integrity of the brands presentation was paramount; to not only encompass the values the company wished to present and maintain, but to also provide that recognition and association in media that would be seen outside of Wembley Park.
This included print and digital assets, where colour, typography and presentation had to offer an intrinsic appeal.
The assets produce ranged from the branding for the Tipi marketing suit, video wall animations, billboards and wayfinding signage throught to brochures and posters.
Internal assets were also created to the same standards, reassuring new and existing tenants that were now part of the community; event posters and invitations, advice leaflets, local area maps and welcome gifts have all been designed and produced with great success.
Advice was regularly offered to help guide the Tipi marketing team on the design and layout of the different creative pieces as well as providing technical assistance in regards to production accuracy and possible constraints.
